Life can be complicated and unpredictable. At times, it may leave you feeling like you're either too much or not enough. The truth is, you are neither too much nor broken. Life is just challenging, and you don't have to face it alone. I’m here to support you through trauma, uncertainty, grief, relationships and life transitions that may leave you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, anxious, or stuck. Together, we’ll work to identify what’s holding you back and move toward healing.
As your therapist, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and identity without fear of judgment. I accept you for who you are and do not view your identity or experiences as problems to be solved. Our work will be centred on your goals, grounded in your strengths, and focused on creating new perspectives and strategies that align with your values.
I’m glad you’re here—it takes courage to seek support. I’m here to walk alongside you and celebrate your successes, big and small. Come as you are, and let’s begin a path of growth, healing, and self-discovery together!

Get To Know Me Personally
-
I show myself self-love by taking forest walks with my dog, flowing through a good yoga class, and recharging with energizing music and a spin session. I also find comfort in baking (and of course, eating and sharing) homemade treats—it’s one of my favourite ways to unwind and express my love to others.
-
My own experience in therapy taught me how transformative a safe, supportive, and collaborative relationship can be. Being truly seen, believed, and understood had a lasting impact on me. I felt inspired to pay that forward by becoming a therapist myself.
I’ve always been deeply curious about people’s stories and moved by their resilience. I believe humans are intricate, complex, and remarkable beings. It’s a privilege to witness someone’s growth and healing, and I’m honoured to walk alongside others in that process.
-
I’m proud of my ability to slow things down, stay curious, and break down narratives into smaller parts to gain a deeper understanding of them from different angles. I value logic and reasoning, and I’ve found that exploring alternative perspectives allows me to support others with greater empathy and compassion.
I’m also deeply proud of the emotional journey I’ve taken—learning how to truly feel my emotions, regulate them, and connect more deeply with my values. That growth has taken time, self-reflection, and perseverance, and it continues to shape who I am, both personally and as a therapist.

I wanted to be a lawyer throughout my childhood and young adulthood. I was always fascinated by people—their stories, behaviours, and the reasons behind them. I enjoyed deconstructing others’ logic to understand their thought process better, and I loved exploring different perspectives and interpretations. These interests, along with a strong sense of justice rooted in fairness, equality, and equity, initially drew me to law. While my path ultimately led me to therapy, those same values and curiosities continue to shape and guide my work today.
-
In my free time, I love cuddling with my senior pup (when she lets me!), catching movies at the theatre (I can’t resist the popcorn!), and going to live events like concerts, plays, or stand-up comedy. I also enjoy trying out new restaurants (I really love to eat!) and lounging on the couch—either napping, bingeing a new TV show or getting lost in a good book.

Counselling is a truly collaborative process. There’s no “right way” to enter the therapeutic relationship, and you absolutely don’t need to have everything figured out—or be at a breaking point—to reach out. Simply feeling stuck, curious, or ready for a shift is more than enough. Therapy is a space where you’re encouraged to come as you are, be your most authentic self, and move at your own pace—without pressure or judgment. It’s completely normal and okay to feel nervous, unsure, or even skeptical at first. What matters most is that you feel safe, heard, and supported as we explore things together.

Something I love about being a counsellor is witnessing those lightbulb moments—when clients begin to realize that they are not the problem, and never were. I feel deeply grateful to be able to support people as they uncover the interweaving of their life experiences and begin to see themselves with greater compassion and empathy. We are all human—shaped by the experiences we’ve lived, the beliefs we’ve formed, and the ways we’ve learned to make sense of the world. Being part of that journey toward self-understanding and healing is incredibly meaningful to me.
-
My clients often describe me as accepting, gentle, warm, friendly, insightful, and a safe presence. They appreciate my ability to create a space where they feel truly seen and supported—a space where they’re encouraged to be themselves without fear of judgment. I’m always touched when clients share that they feel safe enough to be vulnerable, and that our work together helps them feel more understood, grounded, and empowered.

You’re not ‘too much.’ You’re not broken. So often, the things we struggle with are responses to pain we didn’t choose — and did our best to survive.
