I have always had a great passion for helping others self-actualize, discover their highest potential, and the truest expression of who they are and what is possible for their lives. It is a profound privilege to witness people through their dark night of the soul, to witness tremendous resilience in the face of human suffering, and then to watch them heal, grow, and powerfully expand, like a phoenix rising from the ashes. My approach is integrative and somatically aware, supporting the innate wisdom already latent within your body and soul. I believe every person has an inherent capacity for healing, and that sometimes we simply need support carrying what has become too heavy to hold alone. I am especially passionate about helping people heal from different forms of trauma and navigate the emotional demands of high-pressure careers, so they can move beyond simply surviving and create lives that feel deeply peaceful, fulfilling, and expansive; a life that is grounded in who they truly are and the possibilities available to them.

The physical things count… 8 hours of sleep, gym 3x a week, a balanced meal plan… asking for help from my community, family, or friends when I need it… But I also try to take care of my soul with different spiritual activities, nature walks, and prayer.
-
I have always loved helping others realize and fulfill their highest, truest expression of themselves. It has been deeply meaningful to witness clients experience lasting, powerful change in their lives and to be a gentle guide as they realize the power and potential already available within themselves.
-
All the things I am most proud of in my clients and in myself are the things no one can see… my character, my integrity, my emotional capacity. It’s an ongoing practice, and one I will never reach the end of, but I am proud of the emotional resilience I’ve developed to hold space for my clients through their darkest moments and greatest suffering, and somehow still maintaining inner peace and steadiness within myself, and the patience to endure suffering while remaining kind, empathic, and hopeful.
-
I just wanted to take care of and help others… I guess I still do :)
-
I’m spending time with my family, friends, and 2 dogs. I also love dancing, gym workouts, reading books, singing karaoke, coffee, nature walks, and church.

Meaningful change requires consistency and patience. We wouldn’t expect to have abs after one session with a personal trainer; mental health is very much the same. In order to see significant progress, you need to be committed to a consistent routine, be patient, keep showing up for yourself, and trust the process. You may not see immediate results, and there will naturally be ebbs and flows throughout the process. Some seasons may feel like you’re making significant progress, while others may feel slower or more challenging. The important thing is to keep showing up for yourself. With consistency, patience, and a willingness to grow, small changes can build into powerful, lasting life-altering transformation over time.

It is an honour to be trusted as a witness to another person’s story on such a personal level… to be trusted to hear their wildest dreams and deepest fears. It is a unique opportunity to intimately know and see another person, and to witness their expansion from the deepest pits of despair to wild and triumphant hope and growth, into the person they were always meant to be.
-
I’m not big into “tooting my own horn”… but according to client testimonials, I’m warm, a compassionate listener, very present, adaptive, a calm in the storm, and feel very safe… If you become my client, I hope that’s your experience too ;)
