Life’s challenges can feel especially heavy when emotions run high, relationships feel strained, or meaningful transitions disrupt a sense of stability. I work with individuals, couples, parents, and children who are seeking greater emotional understanding, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of connection and meaning in their lives.
My approach is grounded in a humanistic, relationship-focused framework that values emotional attunement, attachment, and the uniqueness of each client’s experience. Therapy is collaborative and thoughtfully tailored, integrating emotional depth with practical support to foster resilience, self-compassion, and lasting change.
I recognize how vulnerable it can be to seek support during times of distress. In a safe, compassionate, and respectful space, you will be met with care, curiosity, and understanding. Together, we will explore your experiences, strengthen important relationships, and support your movement toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and fulfilling.

Get To Know Me Personally
-
I take care of myself by spending time in nature, moving my body, and spending time with family and friends.
-
From my own therapeutic experience, I understand the importance of creating a space where clients can explore their true selves, find deeper meaning, and experience lasting healing. I believe that every individual has the capacity to live the life they desire, and my role is to offer the support and understanding needed for that journey. Counselling allows me to walk alongside others as they uncover insights, heal emotional wounds, and create meaningful change in their lives, helping them reconnect with their authentic selves and step into their full potential.
-
I’m proud of my resilience because it has been a guiding force through many different chapters of my life. I feel like I have lived a couple of different lives, each with its own challenges and lessons, but through it all, resilience has allowed me to adapt, grow, and keep moving forward. It’s not about never facing setbacks, but about finding the strength to rise up each time, no matter how tough things get. This resilience has shaped who I am today and continues to inspire me to face new challenges with confidence and determination.
-
When I was growing up, I dreamed of being an artist and a dancer, drawn to the way both art and movement allowed me to express myself in ways words couldn’t.
-
I spend my time hiking with friends and family, trying new recipes in the kitchen, exploring new classes and events, grabbing a coffee, and enjoying downtime.

Counselling provides a space for personal growth and self-discovery. Many people come to counselling not because something is “broken,” but because they want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, or create positive change in their lives. Counselling is about exploring your emotions, behaviours, and patterns in a compassionate environment where you can develop new perspectives and skills to lead a more fulfilling life. It’s a journey of empowerment, helping you build resilience and find the confidence to make choices aligned with your true self.
-
The process of collaborating with someone as they explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and tap into their resilience is truly inspiring.
-
Empathetic, comfortable to be around, and easy to talk to.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” – Carl Rogers
