I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging and vulnerable moments. These experiences have reinforced my belief that meaningful change begins with connection, compassion, and a safe space to explore our experiences without fear of judgment. My approach to counselling is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and empathy. I recognize that everyone brings their own experiences, strengths, and challenges into the counselling space, and I strive to meet people wherever they are in their journey. Whether you're navigating difficult emotions, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply hoping to understand yourself better, my goal is to help you develop greater emotional awareness, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.

Get To Know Me Personally

I enjoy getting creative through cross-stitching, diamond painting, and crafting, which help me unwind and recharge. Spending quality time with friends and family through meaningful conversations, game nights, and spontaneous adventures brings me joy. I also value quiet moments of rest, whether that's curling up with my dogs, getting lost in a good book, or watching a favourite movie.
-
I've always been curious about people, their experiences, and what shapes the way they think, feel, and connect with others. Throughout my career, I've been drawn to supporting individuals through challenges, helping them recognize their strengths, and creating space for meaningful conversations. My experiences in child protection, supporting neurodivergent individuals, and facilitating therapeutic conversations strengthened my passion for understanding human emotions and relationships. Becoming a counsellor felt like a natural extension of this work, allowing me to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
-
I'm proud of my determination, resilience, and commitment to personal and professional growth, particularly while balancing a demanding career in social work with completing my master's degree. This journey taught me the importance of perseverance, flexibility, and extending the same compassion to myself that I offer others. I'm equally proud of my ability to build meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds and create a space where others feel comfortable seeking support, encouragement, or simply someone to listen.
-
I've always been drawn to opportunities to help people, connect with others, and understand the world around me. Looking back, it makes sense that I eventually found my way into a profession centred around human connection, curiosity, and personal growth.

When I'm not counselling, you'll likely find me spending time with my dogs, enjoying a good book, crafting, or planning my next adventure. I love psychological thrillers, murder mysteries, romantic comedies, Disney classics, and a little friendly competition during game nights. Whether I'm bringing people together for laughter and meaningful conversations, exploring somewhere new, or enjoying a quiet day at home, I appreciate life's little moments.
-
You don't need to have everything figured out before starting counselling. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating challenges, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, counselling offers a supportive space for exploration and growth. My role isn't to provide all the answers, but to work collaboratively with you to discover what feels meaningful and helpful at your own pace.

One of my favourite parts of counselling is witnessing clients recognize their strengths, develop self-compassion, and gain new perspectives on their experiences and relationships. I find it especially meaningful to see those moments of insight that inspire personal growth and positive change. For me, counselling is about helping people reconnect with themselves and recognize their potential.
-
I hope clients experience me as warm, genuine, compassionate, and approachable, with a touch of humour. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring difficult emotions, and embracing moments of laughter and authenticity.
