As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I am dedicated to walking alongside people as they navigate growth, change, and self-discovery. I support a wide range of clients, including mature adults seeking deeper meaning, as well as counsellors, healthcare professionals, and first responders who carry the emotional weight of caring for others. My hope is to offer a place where you can set that weight down, even briefly, and reconnect with yourself.
In our work together, we gently explore the layers beneath everyday life—your identity, purpose, values, and the relationships that shape you. Many of the people I work with are familiar with empathy, boundaries, and communication, yet feel a quiet pull to go deeper. Whether you want to prevent burnout, strengthen resilience, or understand yourself with more clarity and compassion, I offer a warm, reflective space where you can do that work at your own pace.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and deeply human. I blend clinical insight with authenticity, inviting you to explore what brings meaning and vitality into your personal and professional life. Together, we cultivate a renewed sense of connection, trust in yourself, and the confidence to move forward in alignment with who you truly are.

Get To Know Me Personally
-
Simple doesn't always mean it’s easy. For me, it’s important to meditate in the morning, eat healthfully, and exercise regularly. These simple things support my emotional and mental health.
-
I’ve been counselling for 20 years and I am still encouraged, warmed and in awe by people’s courage to face their fears, uncertainty, trauma… as well as a host of other issues being human brings to us. Becoming a counsellor was inevitable, it is what I’ve always been. Friends, family, and acquaintances have always sought me out and seen me as a confidant, a trusting soul.
-
My sense of adventure both externally and internally.
-
An actress on Broadway. It speaks to my interest in people and their character. I’ve always wanted to know how people tick. When I was young, acting was a vehicle for understanding others.
-
You can find me in my kayak on an adventure, on a trail running, or hiking. The theme is wilderness 😊

If you have reached out for the first time, you’ve already engaged your courage and curiosity. This is what is needed to continue therapy. Typically, trying new things makes us uncomfortable, counselling is no different. Know that your counsellor will do their best to develop your relationship and like any relationship it takes time to cultivate.
-
Engaging with people and having clients learn and know the richness of themselves. And, HOPE! It’s about watching hope being enacted.
-
The first thing clients tell me is that I am “so easy to talk to”. They also say I have a very calming voice. I think the most common feedback I receive is that clients feel validated and safe, allowing them to gain a different perspective.

“When you’re at peace with yourself and love your self, it is virtually impossible to do things to yourself that are destructive”
— Wayne Dyer
