I am honoured to sit with you in what may feel like a hopeless situation. A problem shared is a problem halved. Life happens, and people find themselves in situations they never imagined. I can be of service whether you are looking to maintain good mental health, take a dive into the deeper-rooted cause of your issues, and/or are looking to spark a new sense of purpose and joy. I offer a warm and empathetic approach for you to feel welcomed and heard.
What do people share about me? I am easy to talk to, and I listen. They appreciate my honesty and genuineness. I am a highly motivated therapist. For me, Hope means Helping Other People Evolve.
I would love to hear the more intimate details of your life as you set goals toward healing. Being healthy means nurturing our spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional, and environmental well-being.
“Because you are alive, anything is possible,” Thich Nhat Hanh
I look forward to connecting with you!

Get To Know Me Personally
-
I practice mindfulness/meditation, and gratitude, so I can connect meaningfully with others. I do my own therapeutic work to minimize transference and thrive on ongoing learning experiences.
-
My journey to become a counsellor may have been an act of Providence. The profession/calling found me, and there is nothing I would rather be doing.
-
Being the best Mom I can be and showing up no matter what with unconditional love.
-
An Olympic Figure Skater.
-
I’m spending time with loved ones, immersing myself in nature, travelling, and being active, skating, and doing yoga.

So much of the magic in counselling happens in the sacred bond of the therapeutic relationship. Making sure it is a good fit allows for vulnerability and transparency to cultivate and grow. You have taken the difficult first step of reaching out. Asking for help is an act of surrender where you are ready to look at something that is no longer working for you or serving you. Humans are creatures of habit, so taking that first step opens the door to new possibilities. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
-
I am honoured as a therapist to watch the transformation and growth in individuals. Being a witness to the human spirit can rise above suffering. Knowing that we are never given more than we can handle and that pain is the touchstone to all human growth. Individuals can process difficult, negative emotions, be Ok, and open their hearts to love.
-
Someone safe that they can share things that they have never told anyone before.

“Bad times wake us up to the good times we weren’t paying attention to.”
